If
explorer denies to download and install ActiveX controls or you can't see signing in
interface, the reason may be the security level of your IE is
too high, please adjust your security level to enable downloading
and installing all ActiveX controls.
After installing player plug successfully, if it shows signing
in interface but has no response when you press the connect button
or pop up "Connect server failed", the reason may be that settings
of Servers (DVR Server or NVMP M&A Server) are not correct, please check the settings about
remote access of Servers.
If you can't download the ActiveX control of IE Client through
browser directly, you can click to download it
from our website, and then you can install it manually.
